At Memories in Hardwood, I work with natural materials—each piece of wood has its own character, story, and beauty. Because wood is an organic product, it may shift or move slightly with changes in humidity and temperature. In most cases, it will return to its original form once environmental conditions stabilize. Knots, small cracks, and natural grain variations are part of what makes your piece truly one of a kind. While I take care to minimize these natural elements, some may appear after the wood is machined down to its final thickness. These features are not considered defects, but rather part of the wood’s unique charm. Please note: Color and grain variations are not covered under warranty. I do my best to select and match materials carefully, but natural differences in wood grain and hue are to be expected. Our Quality Guarantee
I take great pride in every piece I create. Nothing leaves my workshop unless it meets my high standards of craftsmanship. Your custom gift is covered by a 90-day workmanship guarantee from the date it is received. This includes issues such as splits deeper than 1/8" along a glued seam.
