Our Process

At Memories in Hardwood, every creation is a collaboration. Together, we'll design a personalized gift that holds meaning and beauty—crafted from quality wood and plastic materials. Because of the nature of these materials, certain fonts and images may work better than others. I’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure the final design reflects your vision. Once we finalize the design, I’ll send you a digital preview for your approval. After you give the green light, production begins. To start manufacturing, I require 90% of the total purchase price. Please note: due to the custom and personal nature of each piece, refunds cannot be accepted once materials are cut. When your gift is finished, I’ll share several photos with you for final approval. Once the remaining balance is paid, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped.

Shipping

and Delivery 

Shipping is calculated based on the size of your item: -Smaller items ship via USPS Flat Rate. -Larger pieces are shipped using UPS or FedEx. Shipping fees reflect the actual delivery cost and will be added to your final invoice. If you have special shipping requests, just let me know during the ordering process.

Production lead time is typically 2–3 weeks, but may vary depending on current workload. Projects are completed in the order they are approved and paid.

I’ll provide a specific timeline once the design is finalized and the initial payment is received.

We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal, which adds a small processing fee paid by the purchaser.
