Our Story
Memories in Hardwood
Memories in Hardwood was started in 2018. After learning that a friend was diagnosed with cancer I wanted to craft a custom, personalized gift that would provide inspiration and encouragement during the treatment to beat the disease.
Since then I have created pieces that are suited for many different life events.
Each item is carefully designed to be more than just a keepsake—it’s a piece of art that tells a story, honors loved ones, and brings comfort in times of remembrance.
I started working with wood when I was in Cub Scouts. Since then I have learned many different woodworking methods and techniques. Such as using glow in the dark epoxy and exotic metals in the piece. I incorporate all these experiences in turning your creativity into a functional gift that celebrates or honors your memorable event.
